Digital Marketing
People skills and technical know-how are essential for success in digital marketing management. And while technical skills are the first thing hiring managers look at, my ability to use them effectively, combined with my people skills, have led to my success as a digital marketing project manager.
Here are the key technical skills I can offer:
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
- An advanced understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), aka organic search traffic
- Website and landing page creation and/or optimization to support organic and paid campaigns
- An advanced knowledge of SEM (Search Engine Marketing) for PPC (paid) to effectively manage digital campaigns for search engines, as well as leveraging targeted ads to reach the right audiences
- Digital marketing campaigns can involve a lot of moving parts and require an organized approach to ensure that all the pieces come together. Project management skills are necessary in order to be able to coordinate a team and manage various tasks, as well as set priorities and timelines for successful delivery.
- Data analysis is essential to making timely and key decisions during each digital marketing campaign and using data analysis techniques, such as segmentation and attribution. I will work closely with the digital marketing team in order to accurately analyze campaign results and create insights for improvements
- Understanding of the many and varied social media platforms is important for using them effectively. This includes knowing each platform’s best practices, such as the types of content that work on each one, how to target specific audiences, and which metrics are important in order to measure success.
My creative ability to think outside the box is an important skill for any digital marketing team. Creativity is what breathes life into campaigns and ensures that the end result stands out from the crowd. So soft—or as I prefer—people skills are just as important for digital marketing teams as technical ones.
Here’s how I can lead and contribute:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to work successfully with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders to foster good working relationships.
- A natural ability to think strategically and analytically in order to develop effective strategies that will lead to successful campaigns and/or support the team in this process.
- An expert ability to manage time and multitask as well as demonstrate excellent organization skills and a critical eye for detail to ensure the accuracy of campaigns.
- Extraordinary problem-solving skills in order to quickly and effectively resolve issues that may arise during the course of planning and throughout the optimization process or a campaign itself.

Web Design
Designing and creating websites that are both functional and visually appealing is very satisfying to me. When web design is done properly, it becomes the perfect frame for the hopefully amazing content it contains.
WordPress Web Design
I am a skilled WordPress web designer with extensive experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. I possess an in-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript, which enables me to customize responsive themes and plugins.
My design aesthetic is simple, symmetrical, clean, and minimalist. I like a lot of neutral space in my designs, especially the home page and hero section. I can create more colorful, expressive websites that my clients also like, but monochromatic minimalism is my thing.
I am proficient in WordPress plugin integration, which includes commonly used frameworks such as Elementor, Divi, Genesis, Avada, and their corresponding child themes. I’m comfortable with all Content Management System (CMS) environments, including Joomla and Drupal, but 90% of my websites are built in WordPress. The other 10% are Wix and Squarespace customization requests here and there.
My web design tools of choice include the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator, but I’m also a big proponent of the cloud-based graphic design platform, Canva Pro for quick and easy web graphics.
My goal is to provide excellent service for my clients by delivering high-quality websites in a timely manner. With my expertise, I am confident that I can meet any challenge that comes my way.

- Skilled in SEO techniques to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic to websites

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during website design and development process
